How far can I ride on one charge?
The claimed pedal-assisted range is approximately 25–37 miles from the 36V 13Ah (468Wh) battery. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, weather, tyre pressure and the assistance level you use.
Who is the step-through frame for?
The low frame makes getting on and off easy. It is especially handy for frequent stops, carrying shopping or if you simply prefer a more accessible bike.
Can it handle hills?
The 250W brushless motor has a stated torque of 60 Nm. With 5 assistance levels and 7 gears, you can increase support and pick an easier gear on climbs.
Is it comfortable?
A front suspension fork softens bumps and uneven roads, and the height-adjustable saddle helps you find a relaxed riding position.
What is the card key for?
The supplied card is used to switch the bike's electrical system on and off.
How heavy is it?
Approximately 26.6 kg (58.6 lbs), with a stated maximum load of approximately 150 kg (330 lbs).

Riding in the UK
Is this bike road-legal in the UK?
Yes. It is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) under UK rules: a 250W motor with assistance that cuts out at 15.5 mph (25 km/h). You can ride it on roads and cycle paths just like a normal bicycle.
Do I need a licence, insurance or registration?
No. In Great Britain you can ride an EAPC from age 14 with no driving licence, registration, road tax or insurance.
