Can I really get up to 50 miles on one charge?
The claimed maximum range is up to 50 miles (80 km) in favourable conditions, such as a lower assistance level and flatter terrain. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, weather, tyre pressure and the assistance level you use.
Who is the step-through frame for?
The low frame makes getting on and off easy. It is especially handy if you make frequent stops, carry bags or simply prefer a more accessible bike.
Is it comfortable on city roads?
Yes. A front suspension fork absorbs bumps and uneven surfaces, and the 26” wheels roll smoothly over everyday roads and paths.
Can it handle hills?
The 250W brushless motor delivers up to 40 Nm of torque, with a claimed maximum climbing angle of up to 30°. That is plenty for typical commutes and town riding.
What is the rear rack for?

Is the Step-Through Electric City Bike road-legal in the UK?
Yes. The Step-Through Electric City Bike is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) under UK rules: a 250W motor with assistance that cuts out at 15.5 mph (25 km/h). You can ride it on roads and cycle paths just like a normal bicycle.
Do I need a licence, insurance or registration?
No. In Great Britain you can ride an EAPC from age 14 with no driving licence, registration, road tax or insurance.
