Wear-and-tear parts (tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, chain, etc.) and damage caused by misuse or accidents are not covered.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your e-bike is faulty, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days, and after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement. These rights are not affected by our warranty.
