30-day returns
Not the right bike for you? You can return it within 30 days of delivery. This goes beyond the 14-day cancellation period you are entitled to under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return conditions
- The e-bike should be returned complete, ideally in its original packaging, with all accessories.
- It should not have been used beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and how it works. We may reduce your refund if it has been handled more than necessary.
- Return shipping costs are paid by [the customer / Ridem: to confirm].
How to return
Email us at [email address] with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the bike back (or of you providing proof of return), using your original payment method.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our warranty page.
