The claimed maximum range is up to 50 miles (80 km) per bike in favourable conditions, such as a lower assistance level and flatter terrain. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, weather, tyre pressure and the assistance level you use.

The low frame makes getting on and off easy. It is especially handy if you make frequent stops, carry bags or simply prefer a more accessible bike.

Yes. A front suspension fork absorbs bumps and uneven surfaces, and the 26” wheels roll smoothly over everyday roads and paths.

The 250W brushless motor delivers up to 40 Nm of torque, with a claimed maximum climbing angle of up to 30°. That is plenty for typical commutes and town riding.

It takes compatible panniers or bags, so you can carry shopping, a laptop bag or everyday essentials instead of wearing a backpack.

Yes. The 36V 13Ah lithium-ion battery on each bike is removable, so you can take it inside and charge it at home or at work while the bike stays parked.

A full charge takes approximately 3–5 hours from a standard UK socket.

Yes. Each bike is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) under UK rules: a 250W motor with assistance that cuts out at 15.5 mph (25 km/h). You can ride them on roads and cycle paths just like normal bicycles.

No. In Great Britain you can ride an EAPC from age 14 with no driving licence, registration, road tax or insurance.

Each bike arrives about 85% pre-assembled. Only a few final steps are needed before you charge the battery and ride.
